About the Author
Gregory Mcdonald is the author of eighteen books including nine Fletch mystery novels and three Inspector Flynn mysteries, as well as The Education of Gregory Mcdonald, a collection of his journalistic writings from the 1960s. He has twice won the Mystery Writers of America's prestigious Edgar Award for "Best Mystery of the Year" for his Fletch novels -- the only mystery writer ever to have been so honored. His first novel, Fletch, was the basis of the smash movie starring Chevy Chase. Gregory Mcdonald lives in Tennessee and was a recent president of the Mystery Writers of America.
